Zuari Cement, part of Heidelberg Group is a giant of an organisation with tens of thousands of employees spread across India.
Internal communication hence became the tool to bring everyone together under the brand, its values and its culture. The communication was addressing a wide hierarchy of employees each very different from the other so it had to be simple, effective and in line with the company character.
Several concepts were also devised to celebrate the employees diligence at work. It addressed safety measures, resource conservation methods etc. thereby building both morale and a culture of safety and support.
